The amounts withheld during 2025 will be used to pay the final installment in the April 2026 tax return. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcn.cl\/leychile\/navegar?idNorma=1157843\">Law 21323<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"596\"><strong data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"596\">January 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"921\"><strong data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"629\">NEW MONTHLY MINIMUM INCOME:<\/strong> As of January 2026, the monthly minimum income for workers over 18 years of age increases to $539,000.
