Dear Team,

In May 2005, we began this journey with a big dream: to bring small and medium-sized companies services and processes that, until then, seemed reserved only for large corporations.

There were three of us, with 12 clients and enormous conviction. We didn’t know how far we would go, but we were very clear about how we wanted to do it: with excellence, closeness, and purpose.

Over time, that dream grew. And that growth would not have been possible without you, who have been a fundamental part of this journey.

In 2011, Cristián Ureta joined as a partner, marking the beginning of a new stage. Together, we outlined an ambitious Development Plan to strengthen our professional capabilities. This is how the Addval brand was born, with a clear purpose—to add value—and we moved to the World Trade Center in Santiago.

2017 marked another major milestone: the creation of Addval Auditores, registered with the Superintendency of Securities (now the CMF), which enabled us to audit regulated companies. That same year, we moved to our current office at Bucarest 150.

In 2018, Alberto Panchana joined as Tax Partner, and the GEC Consultores team, led by Jorge Ihnen, was integrated, creating Addval Consulting and expanding our offering into strategic consulting, LEAN processes, procurement, and organizational structures.

One year later, Jessica Fernández joined as a partner of Addval Auditores, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial auditing and strengthening our standards of quality and transparency.

In 2020, we received international recognition by joining Russell Bedford International, one of the world’s 15 leading global firms in audit and consulting. This step validated our professional standards and opened the world to us.

2021 was especially transformative, with the creation of new areas led by outstanding professionals:

• Addval Personas, led by Francisco Larraín, strengthened our culture and organizational development, together with a strategic alliance with BUK.

• Addval Connect, led by José Tomás Guzmán, paved the way for innovation and digital transformation. That same year, we became official Odoo partners in Chile.

• Additionally, Rossana Vallejo joined as a partner in Accounting Outsourcing, contributing extensive experience in accounting, back office operations, and investment fund administration.

In 2023, we celebrated internal growth with the incorporation of Erick Kessler as a partner in the tax area—an example of how talent at Addval can develop and rise to leadership roles.

In 2024, we added a new front with the arrival of Guillermo Ureta S., who leads the Compliance area. That same year, we were recognized for the second consecutive year by Leaders League as one of the best audit firms in Chile.

We began 2025 with another major achievement: becoming an Associate Member of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, joining a strategic business network that strengthens our presence and opens new growth opportunities.

Today, we are more than 130 people at Addval. And while we have grown in services, clients, and structure, what makes us most proud is that we have never lost our essence: adding value.

These dreams have become reality because we have built them together, with an extraordinary human team. That team is, without a doubt, the true added value of Addval.
